
Also known as asparagus bean, Bodi is a popular legume primarily cultivated in China and Southeast Asia. Similar to the North American variety of the green bean, Bodi are comparatively longer and thinner. In West Indian cuisine, Bodi is commonly added to stir fries and rotis.
