Quarantine & Chill is a song written inspired by the events of 2020. We were locked in an apartment together with literally nothing to do but “chill”, and out of that period of time this song was created. Even amongst all the chaos of this year, we wanted to capture the lighthearted innocence of a love song and adapt it for the times.
ARTIST BIO
Carol & Kyle are a Chinese-Canadian songwriting duo based in Toronto. With a background in vocal arrangement and jazz harmony, these two are influenced by both the Asian & American music scenes. Their debut collab, “Quarantine & Chill”, recently won the IMSTA Summer of Songs festival in June 2020. Carol & Kyle are inspired by artists such as NIKI, Lauv, Jay Park, and Daniel Caesar.
