Dancing In The Noise, Dancing In The Rain is a spontaneous performance art piece created by Yuliku Chen and Tamotsu Kimura.
We want to inspire more people to using everyday things as the basis for happiness during difficult time, and we want to inspire people to record their happiness.
The video never got edited. Everything is the same as the way it happened.
