TEST PROGRAM / Atiyah Azmi

Atiyah Azmi

illustration of a girl in a hijab and a mask

The piece I am submitting is a digital painting, created in photoshop and shows myself, wearing a mask over my head scarf, supported by ear savers. For me and most Muslims who need to go out for whatever reason, we usually have trouble wearing a mask under our head scarf. So after being introduce to the ear savers, it’s become much more manageable to safely travel outside.

I am a Muslim girl, a Centennial college art student, and aspiring animator. I am currently attending my second year in college and shall hopefully be graduating next year. My family is from Pakistan, but I was born here in Canada. I live with my Mom, and five siblings and have been making art since 2017.
