Gender oppression, sex work, and animal welfare intersect in surprising and affecting ways in Jeanne B ‘93: A Gendertroublemaker Arrives, an exhibition focused on transsexual artist/activist Mirha-Soleil Ross. Gendertroublemakers (1993) will be screened at the launch; a free workshop will provide the opportunity to recreate activist buttons from the groundbreaking zine “Gendertrash”.
